HOORAND / LEGAL
Privacy & Cookies

1. Who is responsible
Hoorand Co. International Transport is responsible for the website processing described here. Address: Djawaheri Building, Berlin Street, Ferdowsi Avenue, Tehran, Iran. Telephone: +98 21 3391 6787–9. For privacy questions or requests, write to hit@hoorand.com.
2. Enquiries and applications
With your request and the form’s privacy choice, we use your contact details, company, selected country, subject, message and any shipment or career information to respond and arrange the requested service. Required fields are marked. Requests are stored in the protected website database and may be emailed to Hoorand; an acknowledgement may be sent to you. This is not a marketing subscription. Full Administrators can view requests; authorised Careers users can view career requests. Please avoid sending identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal data through these general forms.
3. Country reports and security
Reports group requests by the country selected by the sender, form type, company and date. If trusted hosting GeoIP data is available, an approximate visitor country may be recorded separately. There is no external IP-location lookup. The application uses keyed connection identifiers, submission counters and temporary CAPTCHA records to prevent misuse; raw IP addresses are not stored as enquiry fields. Hosting access logs may separately contain technical connection and request information. Administrator records include account details, password hashes, encrypted authenticator secrets, hashed recovery codes and security/audit records. Permissions restrict access.
4. Hosting, recipients and retention
The site and business email operate through IONOS hosting in Germany, so information submitted from Iran or elsewhere may be processed outside the sender’s country. Authorised service providers, and transport, customs or logistics partners where needed for your request, may receive the relevant details. We do not sell enquiry data. Records are kept for the handling of the request, the agreed service, applicable legal obligations and the establishment or defence of claims. They should be deleted or anonymised when those purposes end, subject to lawful retention requirements; the application does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed anniversary. Reporting intervals of up to 48 months do not mean every record must be kept for that period. IONOS controls its own technical-log retention under the hosting service. The website email-log display is limited to the latest 100 metadata records; this does not delete the underlying correspondence from company mailboxes.
5. Cookies and optional services
Necessary session cookies support secure forms and administration. Browser local storage remembers your privacy choice. Optional Google Analytics or an analytics-only Tag Manager loads only after you accept analytics and only when configured. We do not intentionally include form messages, names, emails or company names in analytics events. Google Maps is loaded separately after you request it in the map dialog. Google may then receive technical information, including IP-related data, and may process it in other countries. Optional services may be declined while continuing to use the general website. Change your analytics choice through Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing it applies to future processing. Browser settings can also remove stored cookies and preferences.
6. MyGreenLink and external links
MyGreenLink Portal opens a separate service at my.greenlinktech.app. Using this website does not automatically create an account there. Credentials, permissions and processing in the portal are governed by the portal service and the agreed customer relationship. Google reviews and other external links open services under their respective providers’ notices. This site does not collect your Google sign-in credentials or publish reviews on your behalf.
7. Your requests and applicable law
You can contact hit@hoorand.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need proportionate identity confirmation before releasing data. Requests are handled under applicable law, including Iran’s Electronic Commerce Law where applicable; rights and remedies under any other mandatorily applicable data-protection law remain unaffected. A lawful retention duty or a legitimate dispute may affect deletion. Please contact us first with a concern; this does not restrict access to a competent authority or court. The site does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.
